Job Description

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to heighten the company's profile and market penetration.
  • Continuously assess and adapt strategies to align with evolving market trends and business objectives.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment encouraging innovation and excellence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance and individual development.

Campaign and Event Management:

  • Conceptualize and oversee the execution of compelling marketing campaigns and corporate promotions, including the launch of new product lines.
  • Efficiently plan and coordinate promotional events and activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing detailed performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Content and Publication Management:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our audience, enhancing our online presence and brand reputation.
  • Manage company publications' editorial design and production, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitor marketing activities.
  • Utilize insights gained from research to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Budget and Resource Allocation:

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various projects and initiatives.

External Relations and Partnerships:

  • Act as the primary marketing liaison with external parties, including media, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships contributing to the company's marketing objectives and overall growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant fields.
  • More than 6 years of experience as a marketing manager in similar fields.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Director role or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of business and marketing management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in current and emerging online marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Possesses a robust understanding of financial principles.
  • Fluent in English.
