Requirements
● At least 10 years of operational background in the supply chain, logistics, and procurement; 5 fiscal years of executive management (for MSc holders: 3 years) in Intl. transportation company (background in foreign procurement is an advantage).
● Well-skilled in accounting software (preferably Sepidar).
● Capable in official financial reporting (VAT, 169, 157) and tax office yearly audit.
● HR skills e.g., recruitment, termination, and labor law.
● Proficient in processes of accounting with foreign exchange.
● Experience in contractual and legal negotiations as well as being able to handle arbitrations and disputes.
● Close relations with governmental authorities e.g., Tax, SSO, SAMT ministry, customs, and TPO.
● Knowledgeable in import and export rules and regulations.
● Overall experience in Iran’s official platforms e.g., EPL, NTSW, etc.
● Basic knowledge of trade compliance and export control processes (international sanction regulations).
● Well-based IT skills.
● Fully literate in Iranian trade guidelines like order registration, fund allocation, etc.
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields, Management, or Logistics-related majors.
● Deep expertise in freight forwarding (air, road, and sea).
● Holding FIATA or IATA (International Air Transport Association) certificates (Dangerous Goods, Air Cargo, etc.) or equivalent is preferred.
● English fluency (German is an advantage).
● Proficiency in different financial mechanisms e.g., Nima.
● Fundamental understanding of the EU money laundering regulations.
● Problem-solving mindset.
