Job Description
● Schedule appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule.
● Answer phone and provide prioritized call list to CEO, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
● Store, maintain and record documents preparing letters, reports, and official correspondences.
● Attend before the CEO in the office and leave after him.
● Organize, and execute all daily activities.
● Organize and manage the CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by the CEO and presenting results reports.
● Respect the confidentiality of documents and all information.
● Make travel arrangements.
● Handle correspondence, and report to the CEO.
● Coordinate conferences and meetings.
● Communicate with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed.
