Job Description
• Scheduling all appointments and meeting agendas, and setting up appropriate reminders
• Maintaining an effective computer based filing system and manual archiving and documentation where needed.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and correspondences and preparing relevant reports to CEO and other responsible authorities.
• Executing tasks allocated by supervisors as well as those assigned by/or related to CEO.
• Greeting guests, customers and clients as a receptionist and handling their inquiries.
• Coordinating and assisting all Management activities.
• Reading and analyzing incoming faxes, memos, submissions and distributing them as needed.
• Managing and scheduling CEO and/or members of board travels including booking tickets, transport and accommodation and proceeding with visa procedures as well.
• Organizing events and conferences.
• Keeping confidentiality regarding company documents, information and data, ensuring their security.
