Registering all imported and exported service devices in the CRM system and controlling the relevant attachments and following up until they reach the customers.
Archiving correspondence such as filing, coding, classifying, and maintaining them
Receiving papers, reports, and typed correspondence and controlling attachments and getting them signed.
Coordinating all executive management programs, meetings, appointments, etc.
Coordinating the schedule of letters sent to the destination.
Following up on domestic and foreign purchase inquiries, and comparing and recording them in order to reduce costs in coordination with the CEO.
Tracking purchases until reaching the relevant warehouse.
Tracking and controlling sales receipts, delivery and transformation, and archiving them according to company standards.
Coordinating and delivering all orders issued by the executive management to all managers and personnel.
Sending the correspondence issued by the company to the relevant units and institutions and departments, especially the patent registration organization, banks, social security organization, customs, etc.
Referring to organizations and departments to follow up and carry out the company's administrative affairs. Sub-tasks:
Cooperating in the formation and transformation of the ideal and policy of the organization into operational and strategic plans of the company.
Helping to develop and transfer acquired skills and training to other related personnel.
Cooperating and assisting other employees in relation to reaching the common goals of the company's organization and personnel.
Cooperating in performing all the duties and responsibilities that this post is responsible for in the implementation methods of the quality assurance system.
Requirements
Ability to work full-time (44) hours per week.
Ability to go to missions inside and outside the country.
Ability to register, follow up and participate in internal and international exhibitions if required.
Ability to attend or follow up outside office hours.
Physical conditions and ergonomic limitations:
Tolerating fatigue caused by constant office work.
