Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Planning and leading the company’s strategic direction to achieve organizational goals and vision
⦁ Developing technological infrastructure and management information systems to increase productivity
⦁ Managing and enhancing the company’s supply chain and logistical processes
⦁ Leading domestic and international commercial contracts and participating in negotiations with key stakeholders
⦁ Developing and implementing marketing and market research programs for the company’s products and services
⦁ Continuously analyzing the market and identifying new growth and investment opportunities
⦁ Assessing and managing business and operational risks
⦁ Providing clear management, financial, and performance reports to the board of directors and assemblies
⦁ Ensuring full compliance with legal requirements, standards, and corporate social responsibilities
⦁ Optimally managing human resources and promoting organizational culture and human capital development
⦁ Special oversight of raw material sourcing projects and sales of mineral products
⦁ Creating and expanding communication networks; developing internal and external strategic partnerships and collaborations
⦁ Controlling and improving the organization’s financial, income, and expense cycles
⦁ Focusing on improving the quality of commercial services and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
