Job Description

- Scheduling daily agenda for CEO - Organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for CEO and COB - Monitoring all the administrative and factory staff - Attending in all meetings and making and distributing minutes of meetings - Typing Persian and English letters and contracts - Following up with departments and managers of the company - Preparing responses to inquiries by phone, text messages or emails - Organizing internal and external events - Monitoring and Answering telephone calls - Preparing reports and documents - Paper and electronic documentation - Being available on phone on holidays and Non-Working hours

Requirements

- Female gender preference - Ideal Age Range: 25-35 - University degree, at least bachelor degree - At least 3 years’ experience in personal assistance - Good knowledge with MS Office applications - Timely attendance at work from 9 to 18 - Flexible in working hours and work conditions - Teamwork skills - Good communication skills - Good public relations - Being energetic - Being highly motivated and driven - Being responsible - Fluent in English
