Job Description

- Manage the MD calendar, including time, tasks and scheduling all appointments and meetings - Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting from different departments - Maintain an effective computer based filing system and manual filing system (where appropriate) - Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to Managing Director - Handle telephone calls of Managing Director - Documentation and correspondence follow-up - Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by Managing Director - Handling CEO guests, customers and clients - Coordinates office management activities - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure


- A minimum of 5 years experiences as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience at managerial levels - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Proficient in MS Office - Integrity and confidentiality - Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Persian - Gender: Female - Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
