Job Description

The selected individuals must be able to: • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. • Maintain calendar of meetings and appointments. • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any fields. • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet) • Excellent in typing English and Persian • Well-organized personality • Serious, self-motivated, energetic and fast • Ability to work under pressure • Display a professional and courteous manner • Active listening and excellent attention to details • Gender: Female Only • Age range: 22 - 32
