Position Intro
A C&B Supervisor responsible for being adept with salary reviews and benefits management. The focus of the role is to review and manage benefits offered to the employees and partner with providers to ensure the best availability of benefits for the employees.
Main Responsibilities
• Review and analyze the current salary structure and benefits packages available to employees.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Execute monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Handle all statutory requirements related to insurance and payroll taxes in accordance with labor and tax laws.
• Oversee attendance tracking, timekeeping, and personnel administration processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Assist in managing annual salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, pension, wellness).
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on payroll, benefits costs, and related HR metrics.
• Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation, benefits, and compliance issues.
• Ensure continuous compliance with local labor, tax, and insurance regulations.
• Provide education and training on various types of benefits to managers and other staff members.
• Roll out new benefits initiatives across the company.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of previous experience within a benefits-focused role.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software (Rahkaran).
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated.
• Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
• Familiar with GGS grading structure.
