Job Description

• Business manager is responsible for sales and profit of the business unit he or she is in charge, by developing, upgrading and monitoring business strategies, marketing activities and leading the sales team in alignment with other related department of the company. Using scientific and experiential ways of marketing and strategic plan development, he or she aims the organization to meet the defined goals and objectives. • Objective: enhancing the profit and sales of the business unit • Main responsibilities: monitoring the internal and external marketing environment, leading the sales team and developing sales and promotion plans and defining the appropriate strategies in order to increase business unit’s market share/ revenues. • Reporting to: Chief executive officer • Working hours: Full time

Requirements

University qualifications: business management, industrial engineering, MBA or other related fields Minimum Bachelor degree (MSc degree is considered as an advantage) Hardworking, motivated and energetic (willingness for new projects and start-ups is a core advantage) Knowledge: • Enough knowledge of sales management • Enough knowledge of e-commerce and e-business • Enough knowledge of strategic management • Enough knowledge of marketing management • Ability to interpret & analyze data Experience, Skills and Abilities: • At least a three-year experience in managing a business unit (having experience in FMCG companies is an advantage) • Enough familiarity with the English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking) • Team work • Dynamic learning • Public relations and effective communication with different people • Enough knowledge of MS Office Applications and familiarity with other related software applications (especially in statistical fields) • Leading skills • Analytical skills • Prioritization & multi-tasking
