Job Description
We need a business development specialist in Tapsell. In this job position; you are connected with the various game studios (in Iran or other countries). Your responsibilities are choosing appropriate game, win-win negotiation and make a contract with these studios.
Your job description in this role:
- Seek out and research prospective projects through different channels based on the company’s strategy.
- Negotiate, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between Tapsell and international partners and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships and suggest business development plans accordingly.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, publishing, finance, technical and other teams as needed to design, implement, and facilitate sales solutions, as well as win-win overall business solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partners' needs and objectives.
- Building and leading a team of other business development professionals in target markets to achieve objectives and targets.
- Develop and grow Tapsell's business development network through the establishment of various channels in target markets.
