Job Description

PERSOL is expanding its business development team aiming to extend its product portfolio and target markets. If you have experience in international market research, are proficient in data gathering and analysis, and are interested in scouting market trends, please send us your resume.

Conducting international market research projects based on the business objectives and the sales department's needs.
Gathering and analyzing data from products, customers, prices, and competitors in domestic and global markets.
Analyzing competition, industry, and business environment to increase business competitiveness.
Exploring market trends to offer investment opportunities.
Communicating with players in domestic and international markets.
Identifying best practices to answer business needs.
Providing analytical reports.

Requirements

At least three years of proven experience in international market research.
Deep understanding of data gathering and market research methods.
Mastery of extracting insights from raw data.
Working knowledge of data modeling and analyzing in MS Excel.
High proficiency in business communication in English.
Skilled in advanced search, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
High Ability in documentation, presentation, and data visualization.
Familiarity with strategic analysis models is a plus.
Experience in statistics analysis is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management (Marketing or Commerce), or an MBA graduate.
