Job Description

• Define and maintain standard processes to ensure projects meet time/cost/quality targets. • Defining the Master plan and Milestones • Controlling the project progress from the initiating to closing phases and Reporting to CEO • Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all program and project expenditure. • Keeping an eye on progress of all orders coming into the PMO, monitoring progress and coordinating delivery dates • Ensure that performance management and reporting on all programs is aligned with the overall Strategy roadmap • Organizing and facilitating closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project • Internal co packing projects management and coordination with other departments or companies • Co-packing and investment in other countries for actual and new future projects (management , planning , coordination) • To do feasibility for new investment opportunity in different fields & countries. • Number of Staff to be Recruited in this position: 1 • Position reporting to: CEO • Job Location: Tehran • Job Duration: Permanent Position • Working hours: 8 am _ 17 pm(Sat _ Tue) - 8 am - 16 pm (Wed) • Desired start date: ASAP
