Job Description
- Support and manage components of the annual planning process for the Growth organization.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics that highlight performance and efficiency by comparing them to both historical and external benchmarks.
- Partner cross-functionally to measure key success metrics, and analyze performance by simplifying complex data to report key insights to the partners.
- Assist business partners and Finance in monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial results, synthesize key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate key takeaways to impacted partners.
- Support and drive components of the operational rhythm of the business ensuring accountability across all growth initiatives.
- Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently while developing and communicating realistic action plans in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years in finance or analytics role in the technology sector.
- Strong financial and operational planning skills.
- High proficiency with Excel and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Intermediate SQL, Python, and data visualization.
- Experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization and across functions.
- Collaborative personality with a keen ability to support cross-functional projects and decisions.
- Team-oriented - gets energized from working within a team and cross-functionally to achieve the company’s goals.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, is typically required.
