Job Description
•Main Objective:
Tazarv Afzar Co. with 20+ year of experience in Business Process Management with a varied range of customers, including but not limited to banks and Insurance agencies, is searching for a skilled hands-on business analyst to join our team
•Main Responsibilities:
-As a business analyst you will identifying business requirements
-Gather and analyze information
-Develop and communicate recommendations
-Study how the customers business functions by conducting research and providing meaningful analysis/output for the development teams
-Analysis and implementation of clients’ business processes and forms on BPMS
-Close collaboration whit the customer and development teams
-Gathering, validating and documenting business information
-Implementing and testing of solutions
-Raising ideas to address issues arising that may enhance/renew service offerings to customers
-Creating prototypes, diagrams, and specifications to be used by programmers
-Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
-Length of Probation Period: 1 Month
-Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:15 a.m. - 17 p.m.
