Job Description
-Coordination of construction stone export process
-Management of Trendex International day to day coordination
-Monitors the overall project performance against plan and makes adjustments as needed when issues are identified and require resolution
-Develop and execute project plans, schedules and budgets for assigned projects in the construction field or elsewhere
-Preparation of financial, accounting and budgeting reports
-Assist in daily transactions
-Assist in daily coordination and follow ups
-Assist in the preparation of client correspondence
-Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
-Manage scheduling, procurement, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact
