Job Description

- Objective of the role: Analysis and implementation of clients business processes and forms on BPMS. Job description: - Participation in related sessions with the developers and the product owners internally and cooperation with the customer to clarify the concept and providing the appropriate model. - Sometimes it is necessary to have sessions with the client to manage the expectation according to the analyzed system designed by you - Documentation & prototyping according to the model and updating them according to the probable changes - Revising the appropriate model if necessary as well as database design - Communication, communication, and communication with the teams directly - Reporting to: Business Analysis team lead, Software Implementation team lead, Product Owner. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 AM - 1 PM, Thursday

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc in Industrial, IT, or Computer Engineering. - Personal characteristics: - Passion to work, Teamwork, Communicating spirit - Empowerment of the team members, Sharing experiences - Strong follow up, self-motivated - A creative mindset based on the best practices and innovative solutions - Strong thinking in system analyzing - Ability to analyze business concepts and rules and processes - Ability to identify, extract and analyze the needs of the multi-stakeholders - Understanding the essential characteristics of the system (concept, rule, process, relationship) to present a model to show the effective components and giving a better understanding and visualization of the system under study and development. - Considering Metadata in evaluating the degree of appropriateness of the given model as well as doing fieldwork research, - Working experience in Agile scrum methodology - Experienced in modeling: UML, BPMN2 - Familiar with BABOK - Familiar with one of the modeling tools such as EA (Enterprise Architect) & Visual Paradigm etc - Good knowledge in “Database design” concept - Good knowledge of the “user experience” concept - Good knowledge of prototyping tools such as GUI Designer & TFS storyboard
