Job Description
We are looking for a business analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of our customers' analytical, building, operating, and deployment tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Prepare quality assurance and performance reports for accounts.
- Perform reporting and alerting requirements.
- Own and develop relationships with internal teams, working with them to optimize and enhance our accounts.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of issues and provide required solutions.
- Communicate key insights and findings to other teams.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the key accounts.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
