Job Description

Zarsima is looking for an analytical, enthusiastic and goal-oriented brand manager to lead a driven and highly passionate marketing department in beauty sector in Iran. As a brand manager you are responsible for developing brand strategies, executing branding campaigns, promoting brand growth & expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Main responsibilities but not limited to: - Identify, develop and evaluate marketing Strategies - Plan and manage the marketing budget - Design and production of sales tools and Point of Sales Materials (POSMs) - Plan and organize various galas and events - Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Academy, Business development, and others) for all branded elements for advertising and launch materials inclusive of printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, product logos and videos. - Provide clear direction and guidance to graphic designers, social media specialists, agencies, and other vendors on executing campaigns and projects - Conducting market research and regular field visits ***Desired start date: ASAP

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience as a brand manager or similar roles in FMCG industry (preferably Beauty & Cosmetics) • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Advanced presentation and communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • English proficiency • Gender preference: Male/Female • Military service Must be done (Male) • Ideal age range: Maximum 35
