Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorship activities.
Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues and then analyze the competition market.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant fields.
More than 5 years of experience as a marketing manager in similar fields.
Good knowledge of branding, product marketing, distribution systems, and product development.
Strong communication skills.
Familiar with marketing and advertising principles.
Great marketing and business insight.
Great appropriate experience in launching brands (at least managing 2 brands or products).
Great social abilities to communicate with other departments.
Good ability to analyze the data and implement them as a means of marketing.
