Brand Management Intern – Nescafé

Position Summary:
As a Brand Management Intern for our coffee brand, you will support the marketing team in bringing our coffee story to life- with main focus on packaging as the 1st medium to interact with consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Marketing Support
- Assist in developing packaging E2E;
- Help ensure brand consistency across packaging;

2. Coffee-Focused Content Creation
- Draft content for social media, email newsletters, blogs;
- Create educational content (tips, brand origin stories);
- Coordinate with creatives to develop photos, videos, and promotional assets;

3. Market & Performance Tracking
- Conduct competitive research on social media;
- Monitor & report competitive actions in digital channels and in-store experiences;
- Track seasonal trends, flavor preferences, and specialty coffee innovations;
- Help manage product information sheets, tasting notes, and training materials;
- Prepare weekly or monthly marketing dashboards to highlight key insights.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications;
- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail;
- Passion for corporate & coffee culture;
- Familiarity with social media platforms;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an advertising agency, FMCG brand;
- Basic knowledge of packaging and essentials elements;
- Interest in sensory evaluation, flavor profiling, or specialty coffee industry trends;
- Analytical mindset and comfort with reporting;
