Planning and improving the ERP system and support management of SAP ERP software.
Designing and supervising the preparation of executive methods and instructions and controlling the progress of documenting the organization's processes.
Informing, and promoting process policies and strategies overseeing the design, streamlining of processes, and improving standards related to QMS.
Identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the organization, possible risks, and providing the necessary solutions.
Reviewing and evaluating the organization's current processes to control their alignment with the organization's goals and the speed of providing customer service and the required productivity.
Participating in testing and launching products to ensure compliance with work requirements and standards.
Requirements
Mastery of SAP ERP software structure.
Mastery of standards related to QMS.
Mastery of Microsoft Office, and MSP.
Familiarity with methods of determining work standards and productivity techniques.
Familiarity with process management techniques and tools such as BPMN 2.0.
Familiarity with process models and quality improvement.
Familiarity with the frameworks of common process models such as APQC.
Familiarity with Project Management Principles and Techniques (PMBOK).
Effective communication skills and time management.
Skill in delegating authority and providing constructive feedback.
Strong skills in presenting materials and speeches.
Skills to analyze and interpret information and think based on evidence and data.
Fluent in English in the methods of determining work standards and productivity techniques.
