Job Description

ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities:
• Develop and test bakery recipes including croissant, pastry, dough, fillings, and toppings.
• Conduct functional performance tests: volume, texture, bake stability, lamination behavior.
• Benchmark competitor products and support improvement programs.
• Support NPD/EPD trials with manufacturing teams.
• Conduct sensory assessments and provide culinary insight to optimize flavor and texture.
• Document all application trials, SOPs, and recipe changes.
Requirements:
ᴧ Education: Culinary degree or Food Technology qualification
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: MS Office, Dough rheology tools, texture analyzers, Sensory evaluation, Application testing.
ᴧ Experience: 5–8 years of bakery application experience.
