Job Description

● Hold meetings with business partners. ● Contact and interact with business partners to optimize offers to improve sales. ● Identify markets and potential customers. ● Prepare and submit performance reports to management. ● Plan and develop job opportunities, and create weekly, monthly and seasonal plans to increase sales. ● Introduce corporate insurance branches to existing and key customers ● Communicate, attract and identify new customers for advice on choosing the best product.

Requirements

● At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. ● Having experience in the field of insurance is an advantage. ● Fluent in the principles of customer orientation, principles of negotiation, and organizational sales. ● Ability to negotiate and establish organizational communication. ● Fluent in sales and customer acquisition skills. ● Ability to increase product sales to existing and new existing. ● Having an active and lively spirit. ● Creative and persistent with high emotional intelligence. ● Ability to communicate effectively and continuously using. ● Serious and determined in doing the assigned tasks in marketing and sales. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Ideal age range: 25 - 35 years old.
