Job Description

  • Identify key strategies and sales tactics to grow the organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of B2B sales, including customer negotiations, sales developments, field Marketing support, customer insight generation, and actionable reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide input to annual goal setting and strategy development.
  • Create a new flow for complex B2B customer segments.
  • Analyze and measure the results at hand ready from sales.
  • Report to senior managers on a daily and weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Familiar with B2B sales processes.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of retail and FMCG businesses.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
