Job Description

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients: conduct market research to identify potential business customers, analyze their needs, and develop strategies to target them effectively.
  • Build and maintain client relationships: establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understand their business goals, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and revenue generation: meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services to B2B clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering solutions to B2B clients.
  • Customer service and support: address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuous learning and professional development: stay updated on industry best practices, attend training sessions or workshops, and continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
