Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a senior B2B sales specialist. This role will serve as a critical liaison between our B2B sales vertical and supply team, driving strategic initiatives to maximize sales performance and operation efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Sales and Operations Alignment

  • Ensure seamless coordination between the B2B Sales team and Supply team, optimizing processes and resources to meet sales targets and customer demands.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.

Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management:

  • Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure product availability while minimizing costs and risks.

Sales Support and Enablement:

  • Provide support to the sales team by developing sales tools, training materials, and processes to enhance their effectiveness and drive customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline sales and operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of senior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
