Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to users, helping them navigate and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Ensure a positive user experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive product adoption and usage, helping users get the most out of the platform and its features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users, fostering loyalty and promoting retention.
  • Gather feedback and insights from users, helping to inform product development and improve the overall platform experience.
  • Increase average daily calls to customers
  • Increase reactivated users from the churn segment
  • Improve response-ability to answer customer issues.

Requirements
