Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Goal Setting & Planning:
Assign monthly sales targets to team leaders, making sure they are realistic and match each area's potential.
-Performance Management:
Review and approve the sales goals that team leaders set for their reps, ensuring they are challenging and accurate.
-Strategic Communication:
Clearly explain company strategies and promotions to your team, making sure everyone understands their role.
-Daily Analysis:
Monitor daily sales reports, identify trends and issues, and discuss your findings with the team to improve performance.
-Team Meetings:
Lead productive meetings to track progress against weekly and monthly goals and adjust plans as needed.
-Problem Solving:
Investigate the reasons behind product returns and work with the team to prevent future issues.
-Field Leadership:
Be actively involved in the field to observe sales activities, coach team members, and help overcome challenges.
-Customer Focus:
Address customer complaints seriously and work to resolve them quickly, strengthening key relationships.
-Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity, including new products and pricing, to help us stay ahead.
-Business Oversight:
Keep track of customer payments and warehouse stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
-Team & Collaboration:
Foster a disciplined and positive team environment and build strong working relationships with
other departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
-Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
-Focused on achieving results, with good analytical skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-Skilled in negotiating and managing key customer accounts.
-It's a plus if you have experience in B2C sales.
