Job Description
- Define, implement, and report sales activities.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising area sales plans and programs.
- Support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability of the organization
- Plan and manage sales areas to achieve goals based on profit potential and effective sales area management.
- Manage and develop the growth of key products in the sales area.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- At least 4 years of managerial sales and marketing experience.
- Upper intermediate English, written and verbal.
- Experience in managing people and team leadership skills.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
