Job Description

  • Define, implement, and report sales activities.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising area sales plans and programs.
  • Support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability of the organization
  • Plan and manage sales areas to achieve goals based on profit potential and effective sales area management.
  • Manage and develop the growth of key products in the sales area.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • At least 4 years of managerial sales and marketing experience.
  • Upper intermediate English, written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing people and team leadership skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
