Job Description

● Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority. ● Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods. ● Supervise the interaction of sales staff with customers. ● Plan the activities of the monitored units in accordance with the policies and policies set. ● Review and present executive suggestions on how to improve sales practices and the optimal use of resources. ● Solve customer problems in relation to sales and after-sales services. ● Prepare and present plans to improve the level of competitive ability and position of the company. ● Preparation of sales analysis reports and their reflection to senior executives of the organization. ● Ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers. ● Plan motivational plans to increase sales and profitability of products and services. ● Selection, recruitment, training, and motivation of supervised personnel. ● Determine the order of goods and plan for the supply of goods. ● Evaluation of areas under the supervision of new branches. ● Establish new branches according to the company's policy and policy aimed at promoting and increasing market share. ● Identify loyal customers of the system and try to maintain and increase them. ● Raise the percentage of loyal customers and consider more and more bids. ● Collect information from all similar products, and rival companies to know about the quality, price, and terms of their products. ● Measure the weaknesses and strengths of competitors and similar products. ● Carry out other tasks assigned by the supreme authority in the field of organizational duties.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● More than 5 years of experience in related positions. ● Experience in the FMCG field. ● Superb negotiation skills. ● Business, financial acumen, and supply chain knowledge. ● Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics. ● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. ● Time management and organizational skills. ● Change management skills. ● Analytical and problem. ● Solving skills. ● Positive attitude to continued learning. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team and manage people. ● Good judgment and decision-making. ● Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old. ● Gender preference: Male.
