Job Description

Peyman office of architecture and design needs a professional with the following qualification to join our team: The individual must posses the following attributes: -Sense of art in line with luxury architectural design -flexibility and adoptability to the office environment -Highly detail-oriented -Great interpersonal skills to establish easy relations with the customer, in accordance with the office codes -Time management under critical situations -Problem solving skills -The ability to make presence in any given location if necessary

Requirements

University Qualifications: bachelor. Nature and length of previous experience: residential architectural designing. Specialist knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork. Communication Skills. Problem-Solving Skills. Work Ethic. Flexibility/Adaptability. Interpersonal Skills.. - Deep knowledge over the rules and regulations of city planning, designing phase1 and 2 and the ability to undertake detailed work. -Experience in designing residential units in the 1st and 3rd district of Tehran * The ability to offer multiple designs for a single project flaunts the individual's skills - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Office and Photoshop -Familiarity with electrical blueprints and facilities on a general level to have an understanding of the problems and space-wise obstacles that one might encounter with certain designs. -Ability to offer technical consultancy to the customer and rightfully justify the design -Familiar with the policies of the fire department -Ability to offer technical support to construction site
