Job Vacancy: Architectural Engineer (Full-Time)

A pharmaceutical company invites qualified and skilled architectural engineers to apply for a position within its Technical and Engineering Department.

Job Title: Architectural Engineer (Full-Time)

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Familiarity with Navisworks for 3D model coordination and interdisciplinary clash detection.
Familiarity with SketchUp and rendering tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape.
Ability to prepare architectural design drawings for Phases 1 and 2, construction drawings, and technical details.
Familiarity with the preparation and coordination of technical documentation for building and industrial projects.
Ability to review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
Familiarity with the principles of industrial building design and construction, as well as associated facilities and utilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Competitive Advantages

Previous experience working on industrial, factory, and pharmaceutical projects.
Familiarity with the design requirements of pharmaceutical facilities, including hygiene requirements, contamination control, and space segregation.
Familiarity with cleanroom design principles and applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Ability to work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and participate in interdisciplinary project coordination processes.
