Role Description
* Install and configure genetic instruments and related kits or panels.
* Perform genetic and molecular tests using advanced laboratory instruments (NGS, Flow Cytometry, Real-Time PCR, Sequencers).
* Analyze and interpret test results accurately.
* Troubleshoot instruments and provide technical support and training to customers and sales teams.
* Research and identify new solutions or kits targeting specific needs.
* Provide on-site support with frequent travel.
* Read and understand specialized texts, articles, and manuals, and participate in educational workshops and videos in English.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and feedback for continuous product improvement
Candidate's Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields.
* Proven experience in scientific research and laboratory work.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive learner with up-to-date knowledge of scientific advances and technologies.
* Ability to confidently read and comprehend specialized scientific literature in English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong work ethic and readiness to take on new challenges.
* Working knowledge of NGS, Flow Cytometry, Real-Time PCR, and Sequencer instruments is an advantage.
* Proactive and customer-focused.
* Strong teamwork and presentation abilities.
