Job Description

The focus is on handling air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes.
  • Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
  • Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
  • Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
  • Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English.
