Job Description

  • Coordinate technicians.
  • Make monthly reports based on the CRM.
  • Spare part inventory control.
  • Improve processes of after-sale service.
  • Meet customers daily.
  • Provide service appointments.
  • Inventory control.
  • Report to the C levels managers.
  • Subordinates: 5 Technicians. 
  • Probation period: 1 Month.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 5; Thursday from 9 to 1.
  • Travel requirements: at least once a quarter.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • General IELTS: overall score of 6.0.
  • Advanced English communicator.
  • Good in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Disciplines.
  • Leadership skills.
