- Handling incoming and outgoing calls within and outside the organization, and ensuring their proper documentation and follow-up
- Assisting the warehouse department with the preparation of organizational packages
- Supervising the cleanliness and order of the organization's premises
- Monitoring the performance and work quality of service staff
- Greeting and directing guests and visitors professionally
- Logging correspondence and purchase requests
