Job Description
-Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to services and staff
-Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
-Provide administrative support and office staff
-Managing all communication affairs such as transportation, food, etc.
-Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
-Supervision of service activities
-Provide your Performance Report to Management
- Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities.
- Perform human resources activities.
- Supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees
- Prepare monthly time sheets, setting up and defining new employees in payroll system
