Job Description
- Assist the manager in planning and coordinating all organizational activities.
- Supervise the work of the staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and training to the staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to carry out their responsibilities.
- Ensure that all organizational policies and procedures are followed by the staff.
- Monitor the performance of the staff and provide feedback to the manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organization.
- Manage the budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Handle any issues or problems that arise in the organization and find solutions to resolve them.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
