Job Description

  • Assist the manager in planning and coordinating all organizational activities.
  • Supervise the work of the staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and training to the staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to carry out their responsibilities.
  • Ensure that all organizational policies and procedures are followed by the staff.
  • Monitor the performance of the staff and provide feedback to the manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organization.
  • Manage the budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
  • Handle any issues or problems that arise in the organization and find solutions to resolve them.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the manager and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
