Job Description

The objective of the role:

  •  Increase the speed and quality of the visa process for our customers. Also, assist the executive admin with all daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate German resumes, CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, and emails, and fill out forms for clients.
  • Assist in document preparation for clients in different phases of the immigration process.
  • Coordinate with team members and get advice to create all necessary documents and files.
  • Check the proof of all German documents and texts.
  • Reporting to: Executive Admin.
  • Probation Period: 1 Month.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9-10 am to 5-6 pm.
  • Benefits: A German work permit (Visa) is taken for you after a minimum 1-year collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in German Translation.
  • Other certifications obtained: CEFR B2 (Minimum).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a German translator/interpreter/teacher.
  • Teamwork skills.
