Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all warehouse activities.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize productivity and streamline operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure accurate stock management, minimize stockouts, and reduce holding costs.
• Implement and maintain proper inventory control measures, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional coordination and communication, particularly with the logistics and transportation teams.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in warehouse management systems.
