The Head of Warehouse at An Active Restaurant & Cafe oversees all warehouse operations to ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient process of receiving, processing, and distributing inventory. This role requires strategic planning and execution to optimize inventory management and support the restaurant and cafe’s supply chain objectives in Tehran.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate handling of inventory - Develop and implement effective inventory control systems - Monitor and improve warehouse operations to increase efficiency and accuracy - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure proper supply level maintenance - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain and manage documentation and records related to warehousing activities - Identify and suggest improvements for warehouse processes
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field - Proficient in سیما, ICDL - Strong mathematical skills with accuracy in calculations - Attention to detail and high level of precision - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
