Senior Warehouse Manager 

 

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee all warehouse operations across branches

• Manage and control inventory with high accuracy

• Supervise product Shelf Life and ensure warehouse Freshness standards

• Implement and maintain GWP standards

• Lead warehouse staff, supervisors, and operational teams; manage performance, training, and development

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, inbound/outbound flow, discrepancies, waste, and operational data analysis

• Coordinate with Distribution, Sales, Supply, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth nationwide product flow

• Ensure warehouse compliance with HSE requirements, including safety, firefighting standards, proper layout, and environmental hygiene

• Plan and drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPI systems such as OTIF, Stock Accuracy, Shelf Life Compliance, and others

 

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse management within nationwide distribution, FMCG, or similar industries

• Strong knowledge of automated warehouse systems, WMS, and financial/warehouse software

• Full proficiency in GWP standards, FIFO/FEFO principles, inventory control, and warehouse loss management

• Advanced skills in warehouse data analysis, reporting, and KPI management

• Strong leadership capabilities in workforce management, team organization, training, and performance evaluation

• Full readiness for business trips and missions across nationwide branches

• Ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced, and operational environments

• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain principles, and distribution processes
