Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

• Plan daily operations for the loading area and allocate work among workers based on daily load announcements.
• Coordinate the unloading of freight cars, receive goods, and issue receipts for items received.
• Participate in monthly and annual warehouse operations.
• Monitor the performance of forklift drivers to ensure optimal utilization of available forklift capacity.
• Establish communication and collaborate with the factory warehouse supervisor to plan and coordinate the sending of raw materials and the receipt of finished goods.
• Take part in planning and monitoring the cleaning and organization of warehouses and surrounding areas.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and, when necessary, in supply chain meetings.
• Engage in training sessions.
• Participate in risk assessment meetings related to distribution centre activities.
• Control and prepare daily reports.
• Manage truck distribution and planning.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering-related fields.
• At least four years of relevant work experience.
