Requirements

● Mastery of the training process (needs assessment methods, training course design, effectiveness evaluation methods).
● Recognition of training indicators.
● Fluent in educational methods(Kirk Patrick and etc.).
● Familiarity with ISO 10015 standard.
● Responsible and orderly.
● Strong Learning and development knowledge.
● Relative familiarity with English.
● Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) skills.
● Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
● Ability to travel to company projects.
● At least 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Management (related fields) or Industrial engineering.
