Job Description

● Develop and provide a skill assessment toolkit. ● Implement and manage annual learning and development plan. ● Perform an educational needs assessment. ● Collaborate with educational program design. ● Collaboration with the production of educational content. ● Hold training programs. ● Preparation of reports based on the standard educational matrix.

Requirements

● Understand the concept of competency and methods of competency development. ● Mastery of the training process (needs assessment methods, training course design, effectiveness evaluation methods). ● Recognition of training indicators. ● Fluent in educational methods(Kirk Patrick and etc.). ● Familiarity with ISO 10015 standard. ● Responsible and orderly. ● Strong Learning and development knowledge. ● Relative familiarity with English. ● Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) skills. ● Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit. ● Ability to travel to company projects. ● At least 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Management (related fields) or Industrial engineering.
