● Consensus and participation in determining the quality policy of the organization.
● Move in the direction of quality policy and quality goals of the organization.
● Preparation and compilation of standard educational forms in accordance with the jobs defined in the organizational chart.
● Cooperation with other managers in determining and compiling executive procedures and instructions of the quality management system in their areas of activity.
● Cooperation with unit managers through managers' survey form to complete training needs and prepare training records for each person.
● Collaborate with other managers to prepare a list of training courses and prioritize courses.
● Prepare an annual training program according to the prioritization of training courses.
● Announce the time, date, place and relevant instructor of the training courses to the units.
● Collect the participants' survey forms and the evaluation form of the training course by the instructor for better holding of the next courses.
● Prepare a certificate of completion of the course for people who have obtained the score specified by the teacher.
● In case of the need to hold an extra-organizational training course, the centers should be evaluated and in case of obtaining points, the desired course should be held.
● Keep records of training held for each person in the individual training file.
● Complete and review the effectiveness forms of training courses.
Requirements
● Ability to organize, coordinate, monitor and direct affairs in the education unit
● Have creativity, initiative and power in decision-making in examining issues and problems
● Ability to provide suggestions in designing appropriate policies and guidelines for the organization
● Familiarity with the principles of ISO 9001: 2015 standard
● Familiarity with documentation in ISO 9001: 2015 standard
● Familiarity with internal audit in ISO 9001: 2015 standard
● Familiarity with the basics of ISO / TS 16949: 2002 standard
● Familiarity with documentation in ISO / TS 16949: 2009 standard
● Familiarity with COQ quality cost review
● Familiarity with problem solving methods, organizing the work environment with 5S and teamwork T.W.
● Familiarity with how to extract educational needs and prepare an educational program.
● University qualifications: Master's degree.
● Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years.
● Familiarity with the Oil industry.
