• Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• Collect training needs through surveys, interviews with employees and managers
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Develop annual training budgets and plans
• Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• Follow-up on training requirements and report the status of training by department/employee
• Select and assign instructors to conduct training
• Plans, coordinates and monitors outside training resources for multiple training programs.
• Organize pre-training logistics such as facilities, food, audio visual support and scheduling training as needed
• Maintain personnel training records
• Periodically evaluate training effectiveness.
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material

Requirements
• University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management and other related fields
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum three years of related experience in a professional environment
• Specialist knowledge:
- Knowledge of MS Office Software applications
- Knowledge of ISO 10015
- Knowledge of kirkpatrick training evaluation model
- familiarity with ideh software is a plus
