Job Description


● Prepare and implement necessary programs to install machines, and conduct preventive and emergency repairs.
● Develop new methods and techniques in customer service processes.
● Manage the entire service provided and timely follow-up of customers from the time of customer request to customer satisfaction.
● Monitor the performance of technical technicians in order to comply with performance standards and prevent rework.
● Plan the training of technicians with the aim of improving the quality, and speed of services and keeping technical knowledge up to date.
● Communicate with foreign suppliers in order to fix machine faults, receive technical documentation, and send reports of technical parts used during the warranty period.
● Monitor the registration system and update information in the relevant software.
● Provide analytical and statistical reports on the performance of the technical service unit and annual demand.

Requirements


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Mechanics.
● Preferably familiar with injection molding machines.
● Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop the team.
● Ability to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions.
● Skills in searching, investigating, and studying technical documents and standards.
● Experience in negotiating technical services.
● Knowledge of budget management and reporting.
● Strong organizational skills.
● No restrictions to travel across the country.
